Pre and Post-Care Instructions
-
If you have a special event or vacation coming up, please keep in mind that you should schedule your treatment at least two weeks in advance to ensure you are 100% healed.
We recommend discontinuing products containing retinol (Retin-A) 3 days before treatments to avoid increased redness and irritation.
We recommend waiting at least two weeks before and after your injections for other cosmetic facial treatments, including laser, ultrasound, peel, facials, microneedling, etc.
Avoid alcohol, Niacin supplements, and cigarettes 72 hours before and after your treatment, as these may increase swelling, bruising, and irritation. Limit caffeine intake.
-
Avoid facials, peels, dental work, surgeries, or permanent makeup for at least two weeks after your filler appointment.
On the day of your appointment, avoid intense exercise or heavy lifting, massaging the injected area, and lying down.
You may follow your regular skincare routine post-appointment using gentle cleansers and light washing.
Results from injections typically take 10-14 days to see the full effects.
